A Selective Start: Luxury Listings Dip Slightly

The number of new luxury resale listings have shown a decrease compared to the same period last year. With home mortgage interest rates coming down to the low 6’s combined with the price reductions that took place in 2025, the luxury market is positioned for an uptick in activity as we move into spring.
